About the role

Join the Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center in Biopolis, where you will help advance skin and scalp science. You will report to an R&D Director or Senior Scientist Manager and work within a growing team of functional and technical experts on regional projects. This role suits a curious, hands-on researcher who enjoys experimentation and solving difficult technical problems.

What you'll do

Design and run laboratory experiments using advanced biological models, assays and analytical methods to answer fundamental scientific questions.

Generate, analyse and interpret complex biological datasets to surface new insights and shape scientific hypotheses.

Work with multidisciplinary teams of biologists, data scientists, engineers and AI specialists to bring together varied scientific perspectives.

Document and present findings through technical reports and internal reviews and forums.

Partner with the P&G researcher community, technical coaches and global scientific experts to design and develop new experimental approaches.

Requirements

Diploma in Life Sciences or a related field
3–5 years of experience in life science principles and lab techniques such as cell-based assays and tissue models, or experience in AI for life science and modelling of biological systems
Passion for experimentation, invention and difficult technical problems
Strong scientific method and technical rigour, able to design, execute and interpret experiments independently
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to link observations to technical insights and next steps
Curiosity and learning agility, with a drive to keep building technical mastery
