When
You will deliver friendly and efficient wine service to meet guest dining expectations. This includes serving wine at the right temperature with proper glassware, assisting the Sommelier with wine recommendations and orders, and offering aperitifs and after-meal service. You will also upsell wine by the glass and bottle, greet guests warmly, and use guest names when appropriate. You will work as part of the food and beverage team, ensuring accurate order taking, timely delivery, and proper mise-en-place and wine cellar organisation. You will participate in training to improve your wine knowledge and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues.
