Associate Wellbeing Coordinator (KidSTART@KKH KIDS 0-3)

About the role

You will be part of a care team providing needs identification, anticipatory guidance, screenings and service coordination for assigned clients. You will manage patient caseloads at clinic touchpoints and perform health and social screenings for antenatal clients, such as nutritional, mental health and home readiness checks. You will communicate with antenatal patients, families and staff, and work with internal and external colleagues to provide holistic care. Administrative duties include appointment scheduling and rescheduling, handling client enquiries, supporting outreach efforts, and maintaining documentation and reports. You will also troubleshoot IT issues affecting service and operations.

Requirements

• Diploma with 2–4 years' relevant experience, or GCE N/O/A Level, or NITEC in Healthcare/Equivalent with 6–10 years' relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Records maintenance, organising and coordinating skills
• Strong word processing, receptionist and data entry skills
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment and/or services ordering and inventory control
• Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
