When
You will support the daily operations of indoor attractions, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness and show quality. You will deliver good guest service, handle on-ground feedback and close service lapses. You will follow safety regulations, quality standards and company policies, and help test equipment, systems and processes. You will also perform ticketing and cash handling, and help train part-time team members. The role involves mainly afternoon and closing shifts up to 10pm, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
