When
You will ensure smooth daily operations of indoor attractions, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness and show quality. You will deliver excellent guest service, handle feedback on the ground and resolve service issues. You will ensure attractions operate according to safety regulations, quality standards and company policies, and perform ticketing and cash handling. You will help with event logistics, venue setup and teardown, clear used dining items, facilitate party activities and games, and run interactive storytelling sessions. You may also assist in training part-time team members and perform other assigned duties.
