Guide and support the on-shift crew, delegate tasks, coach staff, and keep the team ready for operations. Monitor manpower deployment so zones have optimal coverage during peak and non-peak periods. Handle escalations and incidents, including first response, reporting, and coordination with the Duty Manager or stakeholders. Oversee ticketing and cash handling, and ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures. Ensure venue readiness, including cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and presentation of guest-facing areas. Perform basic admin such as reporting, incident logging, and shift documentation when required.
