About the role

You will join a multidisciplinary team providing diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services to patients. The role involves working across community clinics and/or SGH, and suits a qualified audiologist who enjoys both clinical work and patient interaction.

What you'll do

Perform diagnostic hearing assessments including otoscopic examination, tympanometry and pure tone audiometry for patients from various referral modes (FS, NIC and RSC).
Provide hearing-related services such as hearing aid evaluation, fitting and follow-up.
Refer patients to other departments such as ENT, MSW, AIC when necessary.
Right-site stable hearing loss cases from ENT, SGH to Community Hearing Clinic, TBCHC.
Keep track of data for all referral modes.
Order and receive hearing aids and accessories.
Liaise with BME and vendors for equipment setup, calibration and maintenance.
Ensure hearing aid software is up to date.
Assist in audiology-related projects and research.
Attend to walk-in, email and phone enquiries from patients.
Manage the day-to-day audiology schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in audiology or Graduate entry Master's in audiology, speech language & hearing or educational audiology
