You will promote the employer brand by interviewing employees and writing long-form blog posts, articles and web content for the careers site and internal channels. You will draft social media copy for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, plus internal announcements and newsletters. You will use AI tools for content ideation, research and personalisation, and monitor digital performance, social sentiment and talent market trends. You will also support SEO, AEO and GEO optimisation, plan communications for internal programmes and events, and manage multiple content projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
