About the role

You will set up and serve meals for banquet events, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will prepare for events by rolling up equipment and handling back-of-house needs. You will serve beverages and canapes, and brew coffee using both manual and machine methods. You will read banquet event orders and brief casual staff on operations. You must follow Marina Bay Sands compliance and service standards.

Requirements

Secondary education preferred
Minimum 1 year in customer service or guest contact roles, preferably hospitality
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Able to stand for up to 8 hours
Basic F&B banquet knowledge
Able to lead casual staff
