When
You will run the bar day to day, preparing drink ingredients and mise-en-place and following recipes to make beverages. You will serve and upsell drinks to guests while keeping the bar inventory in check. You must follow health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards, and handle guest feedback promptly. You may also be asked to perform other duties directed by management.
