Bartender

About the role

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks confidently and consistently. Welcome guests with warmth and personality, recommend drinks and answer questions. Follow recipes, presentation and service standards while bringing showmanship and keeping service fast. Set up, stock and maintain a clean, organised bar, handle multiple orders and follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards. Work closely with the F&B team and help wherever needed.

Requirements

• Bartending experience required
• Confident with classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
• Able to handle bar service without being taught the fundamentals
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable engaging with guests
• Fast, organised and calm in a busy environment
• Understanding of bar setup, stock handling, cleanliness and closing procedures
