Bid Manager (Proposal Management)

About the role

Lead the planning and delivery of bids, tenders and proposals for key markets in Singapore. Review procurement documents, run go/no-go discussions and set clear timelines. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, compliant submissions on time. Support business development through market research, competitor analysis and client feedback. Maintain bid content libraries and report on pipeline and conversion trends.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' bid management and bid writing experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident written and verbal communication
