Bids & Proposal Executive

About the role

Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from analysing initial client requirements to final submission. Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling, client-focused proposals. Research potential clients, competitors and industry trends to shape proposal strategies. Manage multiple proposal projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Coordinate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders and analyse win/loss data to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in bid and proposal writing
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
