About the role

This role supports the billing function within a contract logistics team, working closely with customs brokerage, haulage and operations colleagues. It suits someone with some billing or accounting exposure who enjoys a fast-moving environment and is comfortable handling invoice queries. The position is based in Singapore.

What you'll do

Liaise with customs brokerage, haulage and operations teams on billing matters
Make sure job charge sheets or billing reports come in on time each day
Verify bills and job charge sheets and send them out promptly
Generate invoices in Oracle JD Edwards and update the Keyfields system
Prepare billing templates
Handle customer queries about billing disputes, clarify correct billing details and reply promptly

Keep invoices and documents properly filed for audit purposes

Send original tax invoices and required documents by email, dispatch, courier or mail

Take on other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Knowledge of accounting and finance is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Able to work under pressure and support overtime when required
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
