About the role

Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarms. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimise disruption to building operations. Ensure all building systems comply with health and safety standards and address urgent maintenance requests promptly. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections, and report issues as needed.

Requirements

Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experience or equivalent
