About the role

You will prepare apartments for new residents by doing painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs. You will respond to resident requests quickly and professionally. You will handle basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks. You will keep grounds, pools, common areas and amenities clean and safe. You will report maintenance issues to the supervisor and follow safety rules.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
Valid Driver's License
Ability to read manuals and write reports
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting
