You will lead a regional cards transformation project, working with stakeholders across markets to deliver digital solutions for credit, debit, ATM and prepaid card products. You will gather and manage business requirements, align them with regional and global goals, and act as the main liaison between business units, product, IT and external partners. You will also drive process improvements using automation and data analytics, manage change adoption, and ensure compliance with cards-related regulations. The role involves monitoring project success and continuously improving card products and services.
