Business Development (BD enablement) - Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

You will support the business development enablement team by improving BD processes and driving operational excellence. You will manage CRM activities such as contact management, maintaining accurate client interaction records, and ensuring data integrity. You will also operationalise the client feedback programme, compile feedback data, and prepare reports for management. Additionally, you will support key account development activities and coordinate programmes and projects with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development operations, account development, or related function
• Experience with CRM maintenance and contact management
• Strong understanding of BD technicals such as pipeline management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), proposal preparation, and client engagement processes
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years in business development support, middle office, or operations within professional services or consulting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
