You will support the Regional Business Finance Manager as a finance partner for corporate functions, focusing on real estate portfolio management and CAPEX analysis. You will build financial models to evaluate new locations, lease renewals, renovations, expansions and closures, and provide investment recommendations. You will manage the regional real estate portfolio database and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and governance. You will also analyse market trends, benchmark competitors and track lease transactions to support site selection and negotiation strategies. Additionally, you will prepare materials for board-level presentations and collaborate with teams across finance, real estate and retail.
