About the role
You will drive business development for Employee Benefits Solutions through the agency channel, working alongside agents to build their knowledge and skills so they can present and win employee benefit cases. Reporting to the Business Director of Agency New Business, you will collaborate across channels to grow and expand the employee benefits business. This role suits someone with employee benefits experience who enjoys stakeholder engagement, training and sales support.
What you'll do
- Work with the actuarial pricing team on agency EBS quotes
- Review and analyse sales quotations to help the agency close sales
- Support the overall new business sales process
- Explain and upsell new lines of cover
