Support the Wealth Control team in monitoring and overseeing investment and insurance sales conduct through Mystery Shopping and Customer Survey exercises. Coordinate with internal and external vendors, review and assess results, and prepare reports and presentations for management. Build trusted relationships with business leaders and control partners as a First Line of Defense. Provide support on audit coordination, records management, and other ad-hoc activities.
