About the role

You will own the overall workplace experience in a Singapore office, acting as the main point of contact for client employees, visitors and service partners. Your duties include coordinating daily soft facilities operations and admin tasks, conducting daily inspections, and monitoring service partners' reports and deployment. You will oversee cleaning, waste, pest control and landscaping schedules, and support space planning, meeting room arrangements and events including AV set-up. You will also help cover reception duties and report any defects or safety issues to management.

Requirements

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities or workplace operations
• Experience managing a substantial size of workers
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CMMS or help desk platforms
• Able to provide after-hours coverage when necessary
