When
As a Butler, you will look after guests from pre-arrival to post-stay, making every interaction personal and anticipatory. You will handle check-in, villa set-up and orientation, welcome drinks, bespoke itineraries and dining recommendations. You will provide services such as unpacking, packing, laundry handling and shoe-shine, and work with in-villa dining and housekeeping to keep amenities and villas in order. You will act as the link between guests and other hotel departments, responding promptly to requests and following workplace safety standards.
