When
You will undergo professional air traffic control training to obtain your ATC ratings and become an Air Traffic Control Officer. As an operational controller, you will ensure the safe, orderly and efficient flow of air traffic in one of the world's busiest aviation hubs. After attaining your ratings, you can expect to spend up to four years in operational ATC roles to build your competencies and credibility. You will also gain broad exposure to aviation policy, operations, technology, safety and international aviation, and contribute to organisation-wide projects. You will receive mentorship from experienced controllers and senior leaders, and may work with international aviation stakeholders.
