About the role

You will join the Call Centre Department of a hospital, handling enquiries from the public, patients, staff from other government agencies and health institutions, as well as internal colleagues. The role covers general enquiries and emergency activations, and it suits someone who communicates well and stays calm under pressure.

What you'll do

Answer incoming and make outgoing calls promptly, following hospital policy and keeping caller and hospital information confidential

Direct calls to internal and external stakeholders

Update contact details and other relevant information in the Call Centre Enquiry System

Handle and resolve complaints

Perform emergency activations such as Code Blue, Trauma and Acute Stroke

Report faults on telecommunication equipment

Carry out other related duties as assigned

Requirements

NITEC in any discipline
Diploma in any discipline recognised for senior positions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
