Campus Director

About the role

Lead the delivery of workspace and site services across a large client campus. Manage a team of over 15 specialists, ensuring operational excellence and a high-quality employee experience. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners. Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and compliance with health, safety, and risk requirements. Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities, workplace, campus, or portfolio operations within a complex multinational environment
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, service providers, and vendors in a matrixed, client-facing environment
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse groups at all levels
• Strong written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide concise updates and detailed analysis when needed
