When
Provide home-based personal care services to help clients with daily living activities so they can continue living comfortably at home. Duties include companionship, personal hygiene assistance, medical escort, grocery shopping, meal preparation, feeding and light housekeeping. Assist clients with basic range-of-motion exercises and safe transfer and repositioning techniques. Accompany clients to medical appointments and engage them in meaningful social activities.
