When
You will be part of an integrated care team delivering person-centred care for seniors, including those with dementia. Your duties include helping with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, diaper changing and feeding. You will monitor seniors' health conditions and facilitate small group activities and exercises. You will also engage seniors in meaningful activities, do general housekeeping to keep the centre clean, and escort seniors during transport to and from the care centre.
