When
You will join an integrated care team providing person-centred care for seniors, including those with dementia. Your duties include assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, diaper changing and feeding. You will monitor seniors' health conditions and facilitate small group activities and exercises. You will also engage seniors in meaningful activities, perform general housekeeping, and escort them during transportation to and from the care centre.
