About the role

Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquiries at onsite ticketing counters and self-service kiosks. Perform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using a computer-based ticketing system. Handle cashiering duties including payments by cash, credit card, room charge, vouchers and other modes. Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests adhere to safe management measures. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 1 year relevant experience in retail/ticketing/events
Commit at least 3-6 months of service
Fluent in English
Pleasant attitude and cheerful demeanor
Neat and well-groomed
Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
