When
Support daily MICE event operations at Marina Bay Sands, including crowd control, lift and escalator flow management, and VIP lift holdings. Handle administrative tasks such as updating attendance and temperature logs, maintaining checklists, and ensuring smooth handover of tasks. Provide excellent customer service, handle feedback and complaints tactfully, and assist with contractor briefings and logistics support. Perform guard tours, report defects and safety violations, and respond to emergencies or unusual situations. Work across all three shifts and be cross-trained to support other departments as needed.
