Serve food and drinks to guests on the gaming floor service bars, carrying trays and delivering orders promptly. Keep work areas clean and follow the cleaning schedule. Complete mise-en-place before service and top it up during the shift. Polish cutlery, crockery, copper and silverware, and keep the chef's table and coffee area set up. Training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
