Responsible for the overall performance of a mixed development property, including managing staff and achieving property outcomes. Lead a team of property professionals across financial, operational, HR and compliance matters. Develop and implement asset strategies, budgets and reports for the client. Manage tenant liaison, lease administration, fit-out coordination and building services contracts. Ensure safety, risk management and service quality standards are met.
