When
You will train retail teams on garment fit, proportion, balance, ease and movement. You will build their awareness of body morphology and posture so they can identify fitting needs accurately. You will teach basic pinning techniques, including pin placement, garment handling, and client comfort and safety. You will also develop practical knowledge of fabrics and garment construction, and guide teams on when to escalate to Alterations specialists. You will deliver ongoing coaching, fitting clinics and visual guides to embed this knowledge in daily practice.
