When
You will run overnight kitchen operations at One-Ninety Restaurant, preparing and delivering high-quality In-Room Dining orders with consistency and attention to detail. You will set up the morning team by preparing breakfast mise en place and maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety standards. You will monitor stock levels, manage food rotation and minimise waste, and support menu development and seasonal offerings. You will also communicate with culinary and service teams on guest requests and keep kitchen equipment and work areas in top condition.
