Support the night operational team with guest message and arrival checks
Provide mentoring, coaching and real-time feedback to team members
Train colleagues on local laws, health and safety, hotel policies and service standards
Ensure team members can recommend hotel facilities, services and local attractions
Work with the Front Office Manager on induction programmes, on-the-job training and performance appraisals

Monitor guest service expense variances and propose improvements
Manage financial transactions including cash floats per hotel policy
Promote sustainability through recycling and cost-saving measures
Deliver personalised guest experiences by anticipating needs and managing preferences
Ensure colleagues have up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions and transport
Role-model service behaviours such as attentiveness and guest recognition
