When
You will handle day-to-day customer service activities and resolve client inquiries and issues. You will assist with compliance procedures and control systems, including monitoring, researching and responding to compliance-related inquiries across product lines. You will prepare written and verbal reports for senior management on compliance status, issues and trends. You will support the sales force and management by implementing recommended changes and improvements. You will assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules and policies.
