Client Account Lead (Junior) – Government-Linked Corporations Accenture | Singapore

About the role

You will build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders at a flagship Singapore government-linked corporation. You will help translate organisational priorities into transformation programmes across digital, operations, data/AI or core technology. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions on large-scale programmes. You will also help identify new opportunities, support deal structuring and proposals, and track commercial metrics such as revenue and pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 12+ years of experience in consulting, account management, or a senior client-facing role
• Experience working with or within Singapore GLCs, statutory boards, or government-linked organisations
• Proven track record engaging Director to C-suite stakeholders
• Experience contributing to or leading large-scale transformation programmes in complex, matrixed environments
• Exposure to deal shaping, commercial discussions, and account growth activities
• Ability to operate across Southeast Asian markets and multicultural teams
