About the role

This role is with a luxury Maison under Richemont, focused on jewellery, watches and high-end accessories. You will be based in a Singapore boutique, delivering a personalised premium experience and building lasting client relationships. It suits a driven sales professional who enjoys storytelling, clienteling and representing a prestigious brand.

What you'll do

Welcome and acknowledge every customer, keeping outstanding service standards and solid product knowledge at every touchpoint
Work with boutique and local management on plans for in-store and offsite events and networking
Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building, using available tools and spotting follow-up chances

Meet and aim to exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines

Master the key moments of the sales ceremony

Ask the right questions, listen to client needs and gather information to close the sale and encourage return visits

Handle negotiations and objections smoothly

Support after-sales clients in line with Maison values, acting as a referent and offering recommendations

Stay current on industry news and competitors

Speak passionately about the Maison, its values, codes and history, and tell stories that resonate with customers

Describe Maison pieces and collections in detail, including construction, materials, care and design

Show broad knowledge of the collections to promote the uniqueness of the timepieces and adapt the approach to each customer

Follow all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison and boutique

Help with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique and report maintenance issues

Assist with merchandising and daily upkeep of displays and back-stock

Take part in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to support a successful audit

Assist with special projects such as price changes and back office duties

Action oriented and assertive in negotiating and closing deals
Good knowledge of the local market, competitors and clients
Proven success in luxury retail or service in a similar sales and customer service role
