About the role

This role sits within Certis Land Security and focuses on driving operational excellence and quality across security operations. You will work with stakeholders throughout the business to turn data and operational insights into practical improvements, while helping build a culture of continuous improvement. It suits someone with a few years of relevant experience who enjoys leading change and solving process problems.

What you'll do

Spot process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks and service gaps, and deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost and customer experience.
Lead root cause investigations into operational incidents, customer complaints, audit findings and process failures, then develop corrective and preventive actions and track their effectiveness.

Lead Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence and continuous improvement projects from identifying opportunities through to implementation, benefit realisation and sustainment.

Set up and review operational and quality performance indicators, using data to prioritise improvements, spot trends and support evidence-based decisions.

Provide governance and assurance for strategic transformation initiatives, covering risk management, operational readiness, benefit tracking, change adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Develop process standards, controls and quality frameworks that improve consistency, compliance and service performance across operations.

Coach managers and frontline teams in Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, performance management and structured problem-solving to build a lasting culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Quality Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, quality management, process improvement, continuous improvement or a related function
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable productivity, cost, quality or service benefits
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Hands-on experience in performance analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action management and data-driven decision-making
Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and change-management skills
