When
You will lead the growth of second-hand, buyback and upcycling sales across stores and online channels in Singapore. You will build a local commercial policy and business plan for resale, and drive omni-channel selling of returned, damaged and refurbished products. You will plan and run campaigns and events, and work with store teams and the workshop to keep quality and return policies consistent. You will also train store leaders, monitor defective rates, and push towards zero product waste through recycling and updated processes.
