About the role

Manage sales performance for Panerai boutiques and retail partners across the region. Set and track monthly and quarterly sales and KPI targets, and step in when performance falls short. Build relationships with wholesale partners, conduct business reviews, and drive network development. Oversee assortment planning, stock health, and the partner ordering process. Deliver sales forecasts and monthly reporting to the Commercial Director and HQ.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related field
5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial or account management
Proven management of both retail and wholesale networks
Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
