About the role

A luxury group is hiring a Commercial Performance Manager to drive commercial performance across Singapore, ASEAN and Malaysia. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and the wider Commercial team, turning analysis and reporting into practical business strategies. The role suits an experienced commercial or retail professional who is comfortable with data and senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

Track KPIs across commercial, client and product areas to give a full view of performance
Lead digitalisation and automation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership, commercial, client, marketing teams and boutiques
Build performance management tools, dashboards and governance routines for business steering

Prepare insight-led executive presentations and recommendations for strategic reviews, HQ visits and retail partner discussions

Analyse initiative results against objectives and recommend improvements and growth opportunities

Support the Commercial Director in embedding a strong commercial management practice

Consolidate commercial planning and forecasting across subsidiaries, including budget, latest estimates and three-year plan assumptions, with Finance

Coordinate performance reviews and resulting action plans across markets

Work with the Regional Commercial Performance team on KPIs, planning frameworks and reporting standards, and share best practices

Develop short, medium and long-term sales forecasts for retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels across several Southeast Asian markets

Identify growth opportunities and build commercial action plans

Maintain and update the Commercial Network plan

Contribute to commercial presentations such as the annual Market Action Plan

Lead or support cross-functional studies and action plans, ensuring consistent execution

Handle commercial aspects of briefs, scorecards and CAR preparation with timely submission

Requirements

At least 6 years in luxury commercial or retail roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience working in multicultural environments with diverse management stakeholders
Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, proficient with reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset
