Communications & Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager

About the role

Drive integrated communications and marketing initiatives supporting GovTech's digital transformation agenda. Lead end-to-end communications for a portfolio of digital products and services, including campaign development, content creation, media engagement, stakeholder outreach and brand-building. Work closely with product teams, government agencies and partners to translate complex technology projects into clear narratives that increase awareness, strengthen trust and drive adoption. Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, monitor campaign performance and provide communications advice to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing or related disciplines
• Proven experience in planning and executing integrated communications and marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Strong planning, project management and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
