About the role

Support the delivery of advisory assignments across programme strategy, PMO, governance and transformation. Assist with programme maturity assessments, capability reviews, and quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making. Develop process maps, governance models and delivery frameworks, and support programme assurance reviews and health checks. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, and help produce client-ready reports and presentations. Monitor project actions, risks and dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements

Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project controls or programme management
Track record of engaging with stakeholders and demonstrable impact
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to structure problems and develop practical solutions
Strong organisational and planning capability
