Consulting Finance Strategy & Operations - Senior Associate

About the role

You will lead a component of consulting projects for financial services clients, structuring problems and driving analysis that underpins solutions. You will translate analytical insights into practical recommendations tailored to each client's context. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align transformation initiatives with strategic priorities. You will also contribute to system-enabled transformations such as ERP and digital finance tools, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or strategy, transformation, digitisation or operations roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
