About the role

You will create high-quality training content to support luxury service standards across departments. This includes developing eLearning modules, workbooks, video scripts and customising PowerPoint presentations with the training team. You will also provide copywriting support to ensure content is clear, consistent and aligned with brand standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, creativity and close collaboration with the training team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Education or related field
Minimum 2-3 years experience in content creation, instructional design or similar
Proficiency in content creation tools, eLearning software and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
