You will lead contract negotiations for selected deals, working with business, quality and legal teams to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, execute negotiation strategies, and help resolve disputes while keeping client expectations in check. You will ensure all negotiations comply with legal, commercial and corporate transaction requirements. You will also coach executives on negotiation strategy and champion client-centric processes.
