Corporate Driver and Workplace Specialist

About the role

You will drive senior management safely to offices, meetings, airports and events, keeping to schedule and planning routes in advance. You will keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable and roadworthy, and arrange servicing when needed. You will also act as the workplace point of contact, handling office queries, coordinating repairs, deliveries and event logistics, and keeping equipment and consumables stocked. The role requires flexibility for early or late shifts and occasional weekends or public holidays.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3C driving licence or local equivalent
• 5+ years driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Familiar with local routes and traffic patterns
• Experience in facilities or workplace operations preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
