Support the corporate Guest Recognition team by maintaining service levels and monitoring queues to ensure adequate coverage. Handle hotel profile-related tickets within SLA timelines, identify profile matches and process guest profile merges for the region. Conduct pre-arrival checks for properties that have diverted Guest Recognition Specialist services. Provide Golden and systems integration support to hotel Guest Recognition Specialists, Front Office and Reservations. Act as a senior resource for hotel queries, document and escalate profile issues, and work with the Toronto Corporate Guest Recognition Team when required.
